By accessing or using Cleanno, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Cleanno is a marketplace platform that connects clients seeking cleaning services with independent cleaning professionals. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to the agreement between clients and cleaners.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. For Clients

  • You agree to provide accurate information about your cleaning needs
  • Payment is processed securely through our platform
  • You agree to confirm job completion to release payment to cleaners
  • Cancellation policies vary by booking; review terms before booking

5. For Cleaners

  • You must be a registered self-employed professional with valid VAT number
  • You must maintain adequate professional liability insurance
  • You agree to our verification process
  • Platform fees are deducted from completed jobs

6. Payment Terms

Payments are held securely until job completion is confirmed. This protects both clients and cleaners. Cleaners receive payment within 2-3 business days after client confirmation.

7. Disputes

In case of disputes, we offer mediation services. Contact us within 24 hours of service completion to report any issues. We reserve the right to make final decisions on dispute resolutions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cleanno acts as a platform connecting clients and cleaners. We are not liable for the quality of cleaning services, damages, or disputes between users. Our liability is limited to the platform fees paid.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
